About this website
stoneynakodahotel.com presents Stoney Nakoda Resort & Casino: its rooms, dining, events, casino floor and responsible gambling information. By using the site you accept these terms.
Accuracy
We take hours, facilities and descriptions from the resort’s own published information and update them regularly. Rates, packages and schedules can change without notice; where this site and the official resort website differ, the official website and the front desk prevail.
No gambling on this website
This website offers no gambling of any kind: no online games, no accounts, no payments and no wagers. Casino gaming takes place only on the casino floor at the resort, for adults 18 and older, and is conducted and managed by the province of Alberta through AGLC.
Stay requests
A request sent through the form is not a reservation. A booking exists only once the resort confirms it, on its own terms, rates and cancellation policy. No payment is taken on this website.
House rules
Stays are subject to the resort’s house rules and Alberta’s Innkeepers Act, including identification at check-in, a damage deposit, quiet hours and the no-smoking policy in guest rooms.
Images and names
The pictures on this site are AI-generated illustrative images of the region and of typical rooms, tables, food and event spaces. They are not photographs of the resort; for photos of the property, see the official resort website. The names Stoney Nakoda, The Ridge and Sidelines belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites
We link to the official resort website, to the provincial regulator and to support services. We are not responsible for their content; we never link to online gambling sites.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of information on it; please confirm anything important with the resort before you travel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions about them can be sent to stay@stoneynakodahotel.com
