Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the stay request form: arrival date, number of nights and guests, room preference, your name, an email address or phone number, and any note you add. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or your date of birth.
Like every website, the web server keeps short technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site secure and working.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you go ahead, to help the resort prepare your stay. Nothing else: no profiling, no advertising and no sale of your information.
Consent and email
You give consent by ticking the box on the form. We reply to the request you sent; we do not add you to any mailing list, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.
Who sees it
Requests go by email to the resort’s reservations and guest services team. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to others only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Stay requests are kept for up to 12 months so that we can follow up on your visit, then deleted. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us and we will reply within 30 days.
